To pay for the goods you order in our online shop, you have several options available:

1. Payment via PayPal

During the order process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, authenticate yourself with your login details, and confirm the payment instruction to us. After placing the order in the shop, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.

If you select PayPal as your payment method, you must be registered with PayPal or register first and authenticate yourself with your login details. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by PayPal immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction. Further information will be provided during the order process.

If you select PayPal credit card payment, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately after confirmation of the payment instruction and your authentication as the legitimate cardholder by your credit card company at PayPal’s request, and your card will be charged.

If you select PayPal direct debit, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. By confirming the payment instruction, you grant PayPal a direct debit mandate. PayPal will inform you about the date of the account debit (so-called pre-notification). Upon submission of the direct debit mandate, PayPal will initiate the payment transaction via its bank, and your account will be debited accordingly.

If you select PayPal invoice payment, you do not need to be registered with PayPal. After successful address and creditworthiness verification and completion of the order, we assign our claim to PayPal. In this case, payments can only be made to PayPal with discharging effect. For payment processing via PayPal, PayPal’s terms and conditions and privacy policy apply in addition to our GTC. 2. Payment by Credit Card

For credit card payments, we work with Sparkassen-Internetkasse. The Sparkassen Financial Group ensures that its payment systems meet both the technical and security requirements of the banking industry and card organizations. Payments are supported with common credit cards such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

3. Payment in Advance (Bank Transfer)

If you wish to pay by bank transfer, please transfer the corresponding amount from your account to the account of Believa GmbH. Please make sure to include the payment reference. The reference corresponds to your order number, which you will receive during the ordering process.

As soon as your payment has been received, your order will be shipped.

Shipping of your order Within Germany, we ship your ordered goods via DHL. For deliveries outside Germany, other shipping providers may be used. Delivery time is usually 1–3 working days.

Your order will be shipped once payment has been received. Several payment options are available for your convenience.

Shipping costs within Germany are €2.95 for orders up to €20.00. Orders over €20.00 are shipped free of charge. For deliveries outside Germany, shipping costs are €9.95, and other shipping providers may be used.
